Returns:

You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, contact us.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your slippers, based on availability. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns (unused, original packaging, within 7 days).

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: Slippers showing wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
